Resolved Major Upstream Supplier Issue - All Services Affected
One of our upstream suppliers seem to be down which is resulting in a major outage on our end. Our Engineers are responding in order to recover from this as a matter of urgency. We will update the status page with any progress.
Resolved Major Previous order processing issue for some customers
We noticed that a small number of customers who placed orders between 2:49am and 4:20am UTC never received their order due to an order processing issue. The issue has was rectified and is no longer occurring. Affected customers will be refunded so that they can place their order again, and our Engineers are investigating the cause of this issue so that we can prevent this from happening again. More information to come in the next few hours.
Resolved Minor Some customers may have experienced issues completing checkouts
We are currently investigating reports of buyers not being able to complete checkouts between 18:00 - 18:10 BST. The issue has been resolved and we are currently monitoring for any changes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
