PrimeXBT utilizes Cloudflare infrastructure to provide access to the trading platform globally. Because of the incident, our users in the APAC region may experience issues loading the web version of the platform. We are currently observing an issue with price quotes from one of our liquidity providers. The price quotes are being delayed for Forex and CFDs instruments. Because of the issue, users may experience order execution rejections due to missing quotes. We are aware of the issue and are currently working with our liquidity provider to restore the price feed as soon as possible. We are looking into it as a priority and should fix it in the nearest time

Logging in to accounts may take longer than usual. Charts in mobile app are not loading - Resolved, being monitored
Platform is currenlty experiencing issues with processing account logins. It may take longer time to log in to account after entering password. In addition, users of iOS and Android mobile apps may have issues with chart loading in the app. It does not affect trading. We are looking into it. Meanwhile, we recommend waiting up to 1 minute after entering password and pushing 'Log in' button before taking another attempt if you have not been logged in immediately. We also recommend to temporarily switch from the mobile app to the web version of the platform to access charts: https://primexbt.com/my

We are currently observing an issue with price quotes for Crypto markets from one of our liquidity providers. The price quotes may be delayed. Forex, Indices, and Commodities markets are not affected by this outage. Because of the issue, users may experience order execution delays or rejections when trading Crypto markets due to missing quotes. We are currently observing issues with the following services: - Charting on margin trading accounts: price bars are not being loaded since 11:49 UTC time on Sep 16th, 2022. - Trading account balances may not be displayed on the Main account page for some users, although the balance is available and displayed correctly in the trading terminal. Execution of trading orders is not affected by this issue. We are aware of the issue and are currently working to restore the service as soon as possible. Processing of TRC-20 transactions suspended (deposits and withdrawals)
Dear clients, Please be informed that deposits and withdrawals via Tron network have been suspended temporarily. Also, there may be delays with processing of deposits already sent to PrimeXBT via Tron network. We are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible and will notify additionally once the processing of TRC-20 deposits is fully resumed. Please be assured that your funds are safe. Pending deposits of TRC-20 tokens will be processed and the funds will be credited to account wallets once the processing is resumed. Pending withdrawals via Tron network will be processed and released once the processing is resumed.

We observe performance issues with the PrimeXBT platform: - Internal transfers between account Wallets and Margin accounts may be delayed. - In-wallet Exchange service may be unavailable temporarily. If you received an error trying to exchange cryptocurrencies with the service, we recommend repeating an attempt in a few minutes. - Users may be unable to claim a reward for completing qualifying tasks. All users will be able to claim earned rewards once the issue is resolved. Our team is working on restoring the performance of the platform as soon as possible. All client funds are safe and unaffected. We will update the status as soon as the issue is permanently resolved.

Users of PrimeXBT app on Android devices and the old iOS app may experience an issue with continuous app loading after login. We are investigating it. For iOS users, we recommend installing our new app: it has been improved significantly and has more features. For Android users, we recommend to use web version of the platform as a workaround if there is an issue with loading.
