QLess' SMS provider Twilio is experiencing issues with T-Mobile network, causing message delivery failure.

We have been advised that reports for some of our customers may be missing some information, and in some cases, full days may be blank. Our engineers have advised the issue is now resolved the records just need time to reprocess We will continue to monitor the reports and advise when the process is complete.

We are currently investigating multiple production issues that are occurring today. Issues under investigation: Dashboard is not consistently refreshing with live data. A holiday scheduled from the calendar is not correctly closing queues. Kiosk is not printing tickets properly. Queue not clearing at the end of the day. This has been addressed and will work from tomorrow. In a rare case, service cannot be stopped once started. In a rare case, there is an issue entering consumers via Kiosk. An accessibility widget was mistakenly added to CEC. This has been removed. We will work to have issues resolved as quickly as possible and provide updates as they are available.

SMS Delayed Delivery
Our SMS provider, Twilio, has advised that they have identified an issue causing some delays and potential failure of SMS and MMS messages. Their engineers are currently working with the carrier partners to resolve the issue and will continue to provide updates.
