Beginning at 18:15 PST on 2023-03-08, some customers that use custom CSS and Javascript in their pages encountered unexpected behaviors, including many user interface elements becoming visually broken alongside various Javascript errors. Our team has identified and fixed the issue. We are presently monitoring the situation and clearing any cached CSS and Javascript from our CDN for affected customers.

Teammates and Endusers on some Enterprise Groups using SAML are unable to login. A workaround, involving updating authentication settings for affected Enterprise Groups, has been identified and is currently being implemented. To prevent issues like this in the future we will conduct an audit of these systems in order to ensure a higher degree of stability for our customers.

We're currently investigating a loss of connectivity to all ReadMe web sites including the dashboard and developer hubs hosted on ReadMe. We believe the incident is caused by an upstream problem with our CDN provider Cloudflare, who are currently is investigating wide-spread issues.
