Resolved Errors loading ReadMe Project Dashboards
We are seeing elevated error rates when loading project dashboards. Hubs do not appear to be affected. We are currently investigating this issue.
Resolved Failed healthchecks from certain geographies
We're getting failed healthchecks for our infrastructure for certain European locations. Currently Stockholm, SE and Paris, FR. Investigating this now. Things seem to be okay from all other locations.
Resolved ReadMe Outage in India
We're currently investigating an issue with Indian customers unable to access ReadMe dash/hubs. We will update once we have more information on this.
Resolved Cloudflare DNS outage
Cloudflare DNS outage affected all hub sites and dashboard access. It seems to be back up now but we're monitoring. https://readmestatus.com is also behind cloudflare, so was inaccessible. We'll be migrating away to another DNS provider for this domain when things settle down.
