Teammates and Endusers on some Enterprise Groups using SAML are unable to login. A workaround, involving updating authentication settings for affected Enterprise Groups, has been identified and is currently being implemented. To prevent issues like this in the future we will conduct an audit of these systems in order to ensure a higher degree of stability for our customers.

We're currently investigating a loss of connectivity to all ReadMe web sites including the dashboard and developer hubs hosted on ReadMe. We believe the incident is caused by an upstream problem with our CDN provider Cloudflare, who are currently is investigating wide-spread issues.

SSO logins to Dash not working
Currently no Enterprise account users can login to the dashboard via SSO. We're looking into this issue as a matter of urgency. We believe it has something to do with a routine key rotation that we carried out yesterday.
