A portion of RingCentral customers in the North American area are currently experiencing outbound SMS failures.  If you're experiencing this issue please reach out to Customer Care.  Customers outbound calls and all other services are not impacted at this time.

Internal testing and metrics are showing that services have been restored. RingCentral Operations teams have confirmed restoration of service through end-user feedback and will continue to monitor for stability. The next update will be provided in the afternoon of September 29th or when there is a significant change in status.
