Outage Details

We are experiencing some intermittent connection issues to Salsify's FTP partner. We are working with our FTP partner to resolve this issue. Exports, Uploads and Lookup Tables using a file from the Salsify FTP may be affected. Customers with internal systems connecting via FTP should try using PASSIVE mode as a workaround. The intermittent connection issues with Salsify's FTP partner has been resolved. Exports, Uploads and Lookup Tables using a file from the Salsify FTP should be working as expected now.
