Minor Incident USPS Compliance Requirements

USPS has made new requirements for international shipments effective immediately. To ensure that you do not encounter an error when creating an international label, and that your packages are not returned by USPS and properly delivered to its intended destination, please make sure of the following: -Recipient name is at minimum a first + last name or company name -All fields have at minimum 2 characters -Customs Description has 2 or more characters -Customs Description is not set as “NA” or “N/A” -All ship from/return address fields are properly filled out

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when ShipStation has issues.
Why use IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?

How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
