We are investigating issues with the retail barcode scanner's ability to scan and retrieve products. We will keep you updated as we have new information.
Troubleshooting steps for the app:
- Log out of the POS app
- Forget the paired scanner from the iOS Bluetooth Settings Menu
- Log back in to the POS app
- Pair scanner
If the above steps don't work, users may try:
- Using the device camera to scan barcodes by tapping the barcode symbol on the POS App search bar.
- Entering the barcode manually into the search bar.
