Gmail delivery issues are being reported. We are investigating and will update this status with further information.

Resolved Issues sending to Gmail

Some email to Gmail is currently failing following the global outage of Google services.

Resolved Chicago data center network upgrade

We're upgrading our network speed at our Chicago data center. During this planned maintenance, some customers using this server cluster may experience delay in sending.

Resolved User Dashboard: Inaccurate Activity Data

We are investigating an issue regarding inaccurate delivery status reports for the user dashboard.

Resolved Downtime: User Dashboard and Sign Ups

We are currently investigating network errors involved with the user dashboard and new account sign ups.

Resolved 552 - Limit Reached Error

You may experience a limit exhausted error "552 Your monthly email allowance is exhausted" when you are within your sending limit. Our developers are currently investigating this issue with urgency.

Resolved Emails showing as 'processed'

Following a brief outage earlier today, all emails are being sent but some delivery details have been lost. This is why emails are showing as 'Processed' within the Activity Report. Please note: the issue is with the delivery information, not the actual delivery of emails. Emails are being sent and delivered. Our development team are working on this and we will update as soon as we have a resolution.

Resolved Mimecast Delays

We are seeing some delays with emails sent to Mimecast users. It appears Mimecast is sometimes incorrectly producing the error "451 Open relay not allowed". https://community.mimecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#451 We are investigating the issue urgently. However, we would also recommend that recipients contact Mimecast to report the issue as well. Thank you.

Resolved Send Queuing

We are currently investigating this issue and will update as new information becomes available. This affects a limited number of customers.

Resolved Network maintenance

Emergency server maintenance is currently being performed due to a hardware error. This mainly affects customers connecting to "smtp2go.com" as their SMTP mail server. If this is affecting you, please update your sending server to "mail.smtp2go.com"
