Sorry, everyone, we're currently seeing an unprecedented load on our services, which appears to be suspicious, and is causing some performance and availability issues, meaning that customers are struggling to log in to their accounts or access their status page. We're actively working to mitigate these now. More updates to follow.

We're currently seeing an unexpected spike in traffic through our system, which is resulting in slower-than-normal performance, and some customers may also be experiencing timeouts when trying to use our app and status pages. We're adding servers and making other changes to resolve this. More updates to follow...

Downtime for vital maintenance
We'll be performing some important maintenance to our systems on Saturday October 15th at 10:00 UTC. **During this time all of our services will be offline for around 20 to 30 minutes.** While we're offline a maintenance page will be displayed in place of our Management UI, API and customer Status Pages. We usually aim to avoid downtime during maintenance, but on this occasion, it's regretfully unavoidable. We have, however, carefully chosen this date and time as it's when we see the lowest amount of traffic, and it doesn't conflict with our own customers' maintenance windows. If you have any questions about our plans, please do let us know.

Next week we'll be making some changes to our applications firewall, in a continued effort to keep our platform as secure and reliable as possible. We don't anticipate any impact on the service but wanted to keep you in the loop.

Slower than normal page load times
Sorry folks, we're currently seeing a large amount of traffic passing through our servers, so Status Pages, the Management UI and API are all running a little slower than normal. We're adding some additional resources to help us through this spike in traffic.
