We have identified an issue where team members who are assigned tip-eligible jobs are not receiving subsequent tips. While our team works to resolve this, we recommend toggling the job's tip eligibility, saving, and then toggling back. Once that has been done, Sellers can then update the existing timecards to have the correct tip eligibility.

We're currently seeing a delay of approx. 8 hours for pooled tips to appear on timecards and commissions to appear for team members. Please note that Square has successfully captured this information, and it will appear correctly after the delay or once our team has implemented a fix for the issue.
