Increased latency and timeouts
During the weekend we've seen an increased load towards our backend services, this has caused some of our services to have slower response times, and in a few cases caused timeouts in the app. These bursts of load increase/decrease happened a few times over the weekend, with our backend services scaling to handle the load. During this scaling process some customers may have experienced slower response times and timeouts.

False positives for Gateway Disconnections
There have been false-positives with gateways reporting disconnected in the CS tool during the day, due to the automatic re-balancing of gateways across VPN servers this morning.
