Outage Details

Authorize.net is aware of a service disruption affecting the delivery of SMS PINs. This appears to be isolated to phone numbers on the T-Mobile network. There is no impact to email PIN delivery, therefore clients should be able to access their account by selecting Email PIN instead of SMS PIN when logging in. We are in the initial stages of investigation and will share more information as soon as possible. We regret any inconvenience this may cause for our customers. Impact: Users may be unable to receive SMS PINs when requesting from phone numbers on the T-Mobile network. The issue affecting the delivery of SMS PINs for Merchant and Partner Interfaces has now been fully resolved. Authorize.net is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences
