Data processing delay in Analytics report

This incident has been resolved.

We have processed all the lag for all stores and are currently monitor the metrics.

We have processed the data for the 99% of stores and they all have the updated Analytics data. We continue to bring down the lag for the remaining stores.

We have identified the source of the processing delays which has introduced delays for analytics reports. We are working on implementing a permanent fix to the affected stores and expect delays to come back to normal ranges in the next 30 minutes for 99% of stores.

BigCommerce engineers are investigating an issue that causes a delay in processing the data for Analytics reports. We will provide updates as they come through.
