We recently resolved an issue that prevented users from signing in or using features in their solutions. You should now be able to sign in to your Blackbaud solutions and services with your Blackbaud ID.

We are receiving additional reports of the following symptoms: inability to access a solution with unique product link, inability to invite new users or assign new user permissions to existing users, and a loading sign within the webpage when trying to access hosted solutions. We are in the process of performing a fix for this issue. Please continue to reference this page for updates.
