Blackbaud experienced a 30.9-hour service incident affecting Raiser's Edge NXT and Financial Edge NXT, preventing a subset of customers from logging into database view and causing intermittent slowness and errors. Engineers identified the root cause and implemented a fix. The issue was fully resolved on April 7th at 9:39 AM EST with all services restored.
