A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring results. A small number of customers are still experiencing data processing delays which are on track to resolution.
The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.
We are currently looking into delayed processing and message sending on our EU-01 cluster, this delay is related to the previous incident we reported on.
