Engineers have continued to monitor services, error rates have remained at zero and all backlogged Content Cards, IAMs, and Feature Flags requests have been processed.
This incident is now considered resolved.
Braze DevOps engineers have identified a misconfiguration of our network traffic routing infrastructure. We have corrected that configuration state, and restarted services to resume processing. Services are recovering, and we'll continue monitoring until error rates return to zero and all backlogged Content Cards, IAMs, or Feature Flags requests, have been processed.
The next update will be in 30 minutes.
Our engineering teams are investigating elevated errors impacting the SDK Data Collection, Content Cards, In-App Messaging and Feature Flags on EU01.
