Hello, we are receiving reports from customers that the email message notification component of the Hosted Payment Page is experiencing an issue. Emails that pertain to payment requests and payment confirmations are delayed in making it to their intended recipients.
We are working actively to investigate troubleshoot this issue, and will post updates as we know more.

Good morning, this incident has been resolved. Email notification processing from the Cardpointe Hosted Payment Page have returned to normal operation.
