This incident has been resolved.
Recurring billing schedules that were disabled because of INV BATCH SEQ errors will be reactivated after the database synchronization issues have been resolved. Affected merchants that do not want their recurring billing schedules reactivated should contact Support.
Batch sequence numbers have been reset for all BluePay First Data Omaha merchants. Processing returned to normal at 4:00pm CDT. We are continuing to monitor transactions for any possible further errors.
We are currently investigating INV BATCH SEQ errors being received by some BluePay merchants using the First Data Omaha processing platform.
