This issue has been resolved. We have worked through the backlog of queued requests and all product updates are processing normally.
There is no action required on the part of Rithum clients.

Our Engineering team is actively investigating delays in sending product data to Amazon US, APAC, and EMEA. We continue to work with Amazon and are awaiting additional information. Orders are now being imported successfully.
