Cleo Integration Cloud: CIC Engine and CIC Studio Degradation

All Cleo Integration Cloud services are confirmed to be performing as normal through monitoring. All transactions are processing successfully and without delays. Cleo will provide an official RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.

Cleo Engineers have applied a fix. All Cleo Integration Cloud services appear to be performing as normal. We are continuing to monitor closely.

Cleo engineers have identified the underlying cause and a fix is being implemented. We are noticing a reduction in backlogged transactions. Cleo is in the process of finishing the application of the fix.

Cleo also identified that API providers are not impacted by this issue and continue to function normally.

Cleo Engineers have been alerted to the following conditions :

1) Delay in inbound and outbound transactions for a subset of customers.
2) A few CIC Studio features like admin console and deployment of projects might not be working as expected.
