Cleo Integration Cloud: CIC Cockpit - Delay in Message Visibility

All CIC Cockpit services and capabilities appear to be performing as normal and are confirmed through monitoring. Cleo will provide an RCA through the Services Update section in CIC within the next 5 business days.

Cleo Engineers have applied a fix to CIC Cockpit. All CIC Cockpit services and capabilities are performing as normal. CIC Cockpit is no longer experiencing delays in the Messages view. Cleo Engineers will continue to monitor.
