Some customers may experience issues with our drag and drop editor however, work is continuing to restore the feature fully. All other Customer.io functionality is still operating as expected. Thank you for your patience.

Some customers may still experience issues with our drag and drop editor, however we expect the issue to be resolved shortly. All other functionality of the Customer.io system is operating as expected.

BEE Plugin is now back up, and should be fully operational in a few minutes. Operations are ~80% complete, and they are running some additional tests to go up and running again.

BEE, our third party drag and drop editor, has reported that their services are currently down. They are investigating and working to restore the production environment quickly. We apologize for the inconvenience.
