Outage Details

Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Customer Invoicing. A small percentage of Invoicing and other emails may not be received by intended recipients. We are investigating the cause and working urgently to resolve the issue. Impact: Merchants may see a small percentage of expected emails – Invoicing and others – greatly delayed or not received. Merchants may find the invoice information in the EBC and copy it out as a workaround at this time. The issue affecting Customer Invoicing has now been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.
