Cybersource is aware of an issue that is currently affecting Reporting and Reconciliation in the Barclays HISO gateways and the RuPay gateways. A fix has been deployed and we are monitoring closely to ensure the issue is resolved. Impact: Merchants and clients may notice that the latest status is not displaying in the Enterprise Business Center, Reports or API Lookups until the issue is resolved. The impacted transactions were funded properly. Follow-on actions in the EBC for the impacted transactions may be unavailable or fail until resolution of the incident. The issue affecting Reporting and Reconciliation in the Barclays HISO gateways and the RuPay gateways is fully resolved. Merchants can regenerate needed reports, resubmit follow-on requests, and repull the status for API requests.

Impact: Merchants and clients can now review the latest status in the Enterprise Business Center, Reports or API Lookups as normal. Follow on activities such as refunds can now be submitted as expected.
