Cybersource is aware of an issue that was affecting logins for the Business Center in the CAS (test) environment. The issue has been mitigated however we will continue to monitor to confirm it is resolved. Impact: Business Center: Users may not be able to access Cybersource Business Center which may impact merchants, acquirers, and technical partners to support and manage their business operations. This may affect displaying notifications, obtaining reports, utilizing analytics, and executing back-office processes. Reported Start Time:25 September 2024 Next Update: As status changes. The issue affecting the Business Center in CAS Environment has been fully resolved. Cybersource is conducting an internal review of the events to mitigate future occurrences.
