Cybersource experienced an issue in the Key Management UI where merchants could only see the first 25 MIDs associated with a Meta Key, causing any MIDs beyond that limit to be inadvertently removed when merchants saved configuration changes. The issue affected the Portfolio Management Business Center component for 26.8 hours, requiring merchants to re-add their complete MID lists if they had made edits during the incident period. The problem was fully resolved on April 13, 2026, and Cybersource conducted an internal review to prevent future occurrences.

We have identified an issue where some merchants are seeing only the first 25 MIDs associated with a Meta Key linked/enabled in the Key Management UI (User Interface) for editing.
Due to this limitation, when merchants add or modify MIDs during an editing session, only the MIDs linked/enabled to the Meta Key in the UI are preserved upon Save. As a result, any previously linked MIDs that are not enabled, (and therefore unchecked), may be unintentionally removed from the Meta Key.
