Equinix SMC is collaborating with the Internet Service Provider to restore the services.
Impact for the customers: Customers may experience an increase in latency due to the rerouting of traffic to a transitive provider.
The services is being impacted by a fiber cut due to an oversized vehicule in Querétaro MX.
Corrective actions: Our field technicians will Bypass 100 mts of optical fiber and splice the fiber.
ETR: 3 hours.
