Equinix engineers received a report from customer regarding downtime on their Internet Exchange circuit in DC. Further checks revealed that it was related to a planned change CHG0058705, however, few customers were not notified. Affected service has recovered after the software upgrade maintenance was completed at 06:41 hrs UTC..
