Outage Details

We are currently investigating an issue that is causing some users to experience problems with platform loading/experiencing general lag. Some users may also receive "Server Errors" while using the platform. We are temporarily pausing imports while we work through the issue; files currently queued for import will be processed in the order they were received once the issue has been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please reach out to genius@evertrue.com.

We are currently investigating an issue that is causing some users to experience problems with platform loading/experiencing general lag.
