FloQast Outage History

The issue was identified and a fix was implemented and released after 2.1 hours. All Egnyte integration functionality has been restored and is being monitored for stability.

FloQast experienced a 54-minute outage where Trial Balance files uploaded via the FloQast Connect SFTP server failed to process for APAC database customers. The issue affected the SFTP Server component and prevented successful file processing after upload. FloQast released a fix that restored normal Trial Balance processing functionality.

FloQast's Request Agent dashboard experienced loading failures for 1.8 hours, causing pages to load endlessly when users attempted to access the dashboard. The issue affected the Checklist component and impacted users across US, EU, and AU regions. The incident was resolved by applying database fixes, with US and EU regions restored first, followed by the AU database.
