Our 3rd party vendor will be performing some maintenance activities starting at 5 PM PT/8 PM ET on Friday 24 February. This activity is being performed to address the recurrence of authentication errors to Guidewire applications via Guidewire Hub in the USA and CANADA regions. During this maintenance activity, customers may experience authentication failures. If you do experience an issue, we ask that customers log a Severity 1 case in Guidewire Community. Please rest assured that both Guidewire and the vendor are actively monitoring this event. We will post an update once the maintenance activity has been completed.
Guidewire and our 3rd party vendor have been actively monitoring the ongoing authentication issues. At this time, we believe the authentication services are operating normally. Guidewire has worked alongside our 3rd party vendor to establish root cause of the ongoing authentication issues. The 3rd party vendor has implemented some updates which have resulted in an observable improvement in authentication success rates. Guidewire continues to work with the highest urgency with our vendor to pursue additional mitigations until authentication success rates fully restore to baseline levels.
