Highspot Outage History

Highspot experienced performance and latency issues in the AMERICAS2 Data Center that affected multiple core services including Administration & Authentication, Analytics, Content, CRM Integration, Learning, Pitches, Search, Support Center, and Engagement. The incident lasted 51 minutes before the Engineering Team successfully resolved all performance issues and restored full operational status.

Highspot experienced a major incident where Pitches and Digital Rooms failed to send across all data centers for 48 minutes. The engineering team deployed a fix that fully resolved the sending issues for both components.
