Based on further confirmation from the Azure team as well as monitoring performed by our engineering teams, we can confirm that the incident has been resolved and all affected services are operational.

We have received confirmation from the Azure team that mitigation steps have been performed and they are currently validating recovery.

Our engineers have confirmed that the affected services on our side are currently operational, however, we will continue to monitor the situation and await further updates from Azure.

We have received information from the Azure team confirming that they have isolated the issue on their side and are actively working on the mitigation strategy.

On our side, the incident is no longer affecting Customer Portal services and they have been restored to a fully operational state. We will keep you posted with further updates.

Customer Portal services are once again affected and are experiencing degraded performance.

Additionally, it has been confirmed that the issues are caused by a platform degradation on the side of our hosting provider, Microsoft Azure. We are awaiting further information from the Azure team, and we will share additional updates accordingly.

The issues have been identified and the affected Customer Portal services have been restored to an operational status. Our engineering team continues to work on a full resolution for the remaining issues.
