The issue has been successfully resolved, and the service is once again operational.
Users might have encountered errors when trying to access the Users, Roles, and Accounts pages in the Account Settings section of the Customer Portal. Initially observed in the Europe Data Center, similar issues were later identified in the Saudi Arabia Data Center. Both have now been stabilized.
