April 2026: Jamf Trust / Private Access Connectivity Interruption
Jamf Trust customers on macOS and iOS/iPadOS experienced connectivity failures for 48 minutes, with devices unable to establish stable tunnel connections and cycling between bypass mode and tunnel recovery, disrupting ZTNA and Private Access functionality. The issue was caused by VPN load balancer infrastructure in the APAC region experiencing an unexpected restart due to resource constraints. The problem was resolved by scaling up the infrastructure, and full service was restored with automatic reconnection for customers.
