Kustomer is still aware of an event reported by one of our third party vendors Postmark in Pod 1 & Pod 2 that may cause delays in sending outbound emails within the platform. Other channels are not affected.
Postmark has identified the upstream third party vendor that is the root cause of the issue causing email delays, and is working on full mitigation. They are continuing to send email and work through the queues as fast as possible
You may want to use alternate channels of communication temporarily.
