We have received reports that errors have been detected in some repositories and are working to rectify the issue.

The affected customers have been contacted and further information will be communicated with them via a separate channel. All other repositories were unaffected.

We have completed performing mitigations of the root cause and data consistency checks to determine the scope of the impact. We have determined a small number of repositories in the U.S. datacenter have data inconsistencies stemming from this incident and will require a data recovery procedure. We are reaching out to affected customers while we temporarily take these repositories offline to perform the recovery procedure. Other repositories remain unaffected and are not at risk.

A root cause has been identified and we are working towards recovery and will post updates.
Please note that some repositories will become unavailable as we work to resolve the issue for the affected repositories.
