We are actively processing all delayed emails through a queue, and they are now sending in the order in which they were received. If you notice any unexpected email issues after 8 AM central tomorrow morning (Oct 21), please contact us at crmsupport@neonone.com.

AWS (our hosting provider) has released a fix, but is still in the process of rolling it out to all of their infrastructure.
As a result, we continue to experience issues in rectifying services which is affecting key features in our system. Applications remain broadly operational, however key features remain non-functioning or degraded.
At this point, we believe we have identified all impacted features and services, and we will continue to provide updates as we regain functionality for the two areas below.

AWS (our hosting provider) continues to experience issues in rectifying services. Overall systems are operational, but we are seeing a delay in processing scheduled payments from Neon CRM and the ability to send scheduled emails has been impacted. We are continuing to investigate if there are other impacts to our applications and services due to this outage.

Latest update from AWS:
Oct 20 1:26 AM PDT We can confirm significant error rates for requests made to the DynamoDB endpoint in the US-EAST-1 Region. This issue also affects other AWS Services in the US-EAST-1 Region as well. During this time, customers may be unable to create or update Support Cases. Engineers were immediately engaged and are actively working on both mitigating the issue, and fully understanding the root cause. We will continue to provide updates as we have more information to share, or by 2:00 AM.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.
Due to our hosting provider experiencing problems, many of our services are currently down. We will monitor the situation and update status once resolved.
