Nylas Outage History

Nylas Notetakers experienced failures joining Zoom and Google Meet meetings for 3 hours due to an outage at their third-party provider Oxylabs. The incident affected notetaker join rates across both US and EU regions starting at 8:59 AM PT. Nylas deployed internal mitigation steps while working with Oxylabs, and the issue was fully resolved when the provider restored their services.

Nylas experienced sending failures affecting their Transactional Send (Beta) and Agent Account (Beta) features for 18.9 hours. The main Nylas API continued to operate normally, with the issue isolated to only these two beta features. The incident was resolved by a third-party subprocessor.
