Some customers are experiencing issues with Payments

Our engineers are currently investigating an issue with some payments for Paddle Billing & Classic. The impact is being looked into and we will update as soon as we know more, along with the steps we've taken to resolve the issue once our engineers have found the cause and restored our usual service.

Due to one of our third parties being affected, we are not able to process card payments for some customers on both Paddle Billing and Paddle Classic checkouts.

We are still experiencing issues; our engineers are working on mitigating them. We will post more updates as become available.

Checkout is recovering but is still slow to load for some of our customers. Our engineers are still working to mitigate the issue.

We have partially restored functionality by using our Disaster Recovery scenario to serve some traffic from our failover region. Both Classic and Billing checkouts should be operational for the majority of the customers, while timing out occasionally. We are now working to restore Seller Dashboard.

We have restored Seller Dashboard. Checkouts for both Paddle Billing and Paddle Classic are operational, but occasionally slow. We are monitoring our platform and updates from our Cloud provider.
