Our engineers are currently investigating an issue with Retain.
This causes retain forms to not load and thus users who click the link in the email to update their card aren't able to access the form. Additionally, cancellation flows are not working either.
Our team is actively investigating the issue to resolve it as quickly as possible. We will update the status of the service once our engineers have found the cause and restored our usual service.
