Our engineers have identified an issue with our Customer Portal not showing payments and saved payment methods for Paddle Billing. Instead, when users log into the Customer Portal to see the subscriptions page, they will see an error. Subscriptions can still be cancelled, however, users currently cannot delete saved payment methods.
A fix is being worked on and we will update the status page once we have restored the Customer Portal's full functionality.
