PaperCut Hive and PaperCut MF users in the UK hosting region experienced intermittent failures when scanning documents to Google Drive, receiving error notifications stating "Something went wrong sending your scan" via email. The issue affected only the Google Drive scanning functionality for approximately 6.2 hours. The development team deployed a fix to production that fully restored the scanning service.
This incident has now been fully resolved. We have confirmed that Scan to Google drive is operational via internal testing and reports from multiple customers.
