PaperCut Hive/Pocket - some users may experience delays with data showing in reporting, job logs and activity logs in the US hosting region only. Printing, scanning, and other functionality are *not* impacted. We are not currently aware of any impact to other regions. This was caused by an infrastructure issue that has now been resolved. We expect reporting, job and activity data reporting to normalize early next week. No data has been lost and all records should be correct once the data management systems have caught up.
