Merchants could work around the issue by leaving address fields blank and adding the address later via the Customer Directory. A fix was deployed after approximately 2.8 hours, fully resolving the issue.

Workaround: Leave the address fields blank during the transaction to save the customer and complete the sale. You can then add the physical address directly through the Customer Directory.
