PAX A920 and A920 Pro payment terminals experienced cellular connectivity issues for 51.1 hours, preventing users from processing transactions over cellular networks. Wi-Fi connectivity remained functional throughout the incident, allowing users to continue processing by switching to local Wi-Fi networks as a workaround. The issue was resolved after working with the device manufacturer and cellular network provider to identify and fix the root cause.
