Outage Details

We're experiencing issues with upstream services for bank feeds, meaning that bank feeds are experiencing a partial outage. This is also having a knock-on effect for the main application which is running slower than normal. Workarounds for the main application are being put in place, while we investigate the upstream issues with bank feeds with our provider. We're sorry for the inconvenience, and will update this notice as we learn more.

Normal service has resumed, and feeds are syncing without issue. All backlogs have cleared, with transactions arriving right after syncs have completed.

We're happy to report that the fix put in place appears to have worked, and bank feeds are heading towards normal service now.

There is still a large backlog of feed syncs and transaction imports to process however, resulting in significant delays (which could extend up to an hour) after a feed has synced for your transactions to be imported into your account.

Thank you for your patience through this incident, we'll update with more information as the backlogs clear and timing changes.

A fix has been implemented by our upstream providers, and we're monitoring the results. Initial indications are looking positive. We'll provide further updates once feed services are back to regular capacity and we start working through the backlog.

We're continuing to work with our upstream bank feed service providers to get this problem resolved and get feeds back online.

We've implemented a workaround which means that the PocketSmith web and mobile applications are operating at normal speeds again.

This workaround means that bank feeds are experiencing a complete outage now, while we work with our upstream providers to restore full service.
