The issue has now been fixed, thanks for your patience!
Basiq have fixed the issue, and affected feeds can now be synced successfully. We are working through correcting all affected feeds in bulk.
We've identified an issue with our upstream provider for Australian CDR feeds, Basiq, that is currently causing feeds to encounter an "Internal error" in PocketSmith when syncing.
Basiq are investigating and we'll update here when we have news.
Once the issue has been resolved, affected feeds will sync successfully and your data will be up to date. Thanks for your patience!
